***BACK IN STOCK!!! The Canadian pioneers return with what I hope is only the first monumental part of another gigantic return. Once again the band has set up two albums and they plan to release them back to back. Moons In Penumbra is their most catatonic work to date, with their groovy character being confined in just one song and a couple of verses. And while the tempo is dropped the band still maintains the massive sound of their latest albums. The vocals (unaffected by time) maintain that trademark Ozzysque tone and guitar balances amazingly between a sweet and a fuzzed out, heavier sound. It’s hard for me to be objective for a band I consider legendary but I think it’s commonly acceptable to say that SHEAVY is one of the most consistent bands in the genre so don’t expect anything less than yet one more classic (already underrated allow me to add) Doom record.
