U.S. Underground is the new music project from Matty McLoughlin, co-founder and guitarist of The Soft Pack (f.k.a. The Muslims)
In 2012, Matty’s band The Soft Pack broke up. After a couple of years living in New York, trying to sell weed and recording demos, Matty ended up back at home in Los Angeles.
Matty began recording with old high school friend Andrew Miller to make music that would sound cool at a house party or roller rink, inspired by the loud style of 1980's Hollywood and Venice Beach.
